I’m Martina Batzaka and my career in retail and sourcing has been driven by a passion for bridging creative vision with market needs. 

In my professional journey, I have always undertaken projects from zero, conducting trend research and moodboards, deciding the products of the upcoming collection, reaching out to suppliers, making customizations if needed and ensuring that all the branding details encompass the company’s identity, negotiating the best price and terms, monitoring all the production process, confirming every stage, up to the final stage, the products in the company’s stores. My market and supplier research extended across diverse regions, successfully negotiating with over 500 suppliers in Asia and Europe. This resulted in the placement of orders worth $20 million, significantly enhancing the company’s portfolio with 800 new SKUs. I have developed a rich agenda of trustworthy and tested suppliers, ensuring reliability and quality in our sourcing process. 

My career path was shaped by my passion for the sourcing and purchasing industry, leading me to establish this agency. I am dedicated to guiding business owners and startups through the complexities of finding and acquiring the right products and suppliers. By providing tailored support and expert insights, I help transform innovative ideas into market-ready products.
