The negotiation process is vital for a business.  We will negotiate for you the best possible price, but with a clear and agreed specification to meet your requirements. We can offer reduced prices between 5-50%. Besides price, it is important to focus on negotiating about other aspects such as minimum order quantity (MOQ), payment and other terms and conditions.

Trend research / moodboard / product selection

If you are an ucpoming brand or an entepreneur that wants to focus on other parts of your business such as marketing and/or sales, we can focus on finding the best products for your company. We will accomplish this by creating a trend report based on your buyer persona(s) and your competition in order to differenitiate from them. As a final step, a moodboard for the ucpoming collection will be created with our proposal and some products for reference we selected as potentially ideal for your brand.

Once the samples are confirmed, the bulk production begins. During the production, we will keep in touch and will provide you with pictures and videos to be informed of every step of the process. The order handling is very important in order to monitor all the steps of it and to interfere when needed, to avoid mistakes or to give approvals for not having delays.

Inspection

Pre-production inspection, in-production inspection, pre-shipment inspection, container loading control inspection, and production monitoring are the types of inspection that we can provide you with. Depending on your needs, we can decide if and which of them are necessary.

Shipping & customs

The final step of our journey is the shippment of the order. Together we will decide which way is the most beneficial for your company. When the goods arrive at the selected destination, a custom clearance may be necessary. We will assist you with this, as well.
